Chemung Hills Golf Course Clubhouse

A historic golf course clubhouse underwent a comprehensive renovation to modernize and enhance its functionality. The project was executed in two phases. The first phase focused on revitalizing key hospitality areas, including the event bar, restaurant bar, coffee stations, and event entrance, creating a more inviting and efficient guest experience. The second phase involved a complete transformation of the locker rooms. The former women’s locker room was reimagined as an elegant and romantic bridal suite, featuring dedicated hair and makeup stations, a stylish seating area, a private bar, a spacious changing area, an ADA-compliant restroom, and ample event storage. The men’s locker room was completely reconfigured with dramatic ceiling modifications to accommodate four state-of-the-art golf simulator bays, upgraded restrooms, and new staff offices.
